“Azerbaijan Railways” CJSC launched a socially-oriented internship program to hire young cadres. The project mainly involved young cadres from the northern regions of Azerbaijan. The knowledge and skills of the participants, their personal qualities were determined through competition and interview. Seven interns were selected.
Participants were involved in “ADY SMART” operating system trainings at the Bilajary Station of “Azerbaijan Railways” CJSC.
Javid Gurbanov, chairman of “Azerbaijan Railways” CJSC have met with young people and interested in knowledge they gain during the internship, their future plans and social situations.Javid Gurbanov wished success to the young people who want to be railwaymen.
Thus, young cadres who showed positive results in the trainings have been provided with suitable jobs at the railway stations of their areas. Two of them were hired at Yalama and Khudat stations, other three were hired at Khachmaz station. “Azerbaijan Railways” CJSC considers to continue socially-oriented projects in the direction of attraction young people to work in the railway.
